Due to the current condition in the world, Australia Post is expecting delays, this means some parcels may arrive a little later than expected. 

We recommend you purchase Express Shipping to ensure the fastest delivery available.

Processing Times

Please allow 3-6 business days to pack and process your order. We promise to treat every order as a priority, to do our best to get them delivered to you as soon as possible. Note that estimated shipping times are additional processing times.

We offer both standard and express shipping options. 

 

Australia

All domestic orders come with a tracking number, Standard shipping takes between 2-7 business days and express shipping between 1-2 business days. 

 

New Zealand, United States and Canada

All orders to New Zealand, United States and Canada come with a tracking number. Standard shipping takes between 8-20 business days, and express shipping between 5-10 business days.

Shipping costs are based on Size, Weight and location, price available on request

 

Everywhere Else

All orders everywhere else come with a tracking number. Standard shipping takes between 8-28 business days, and express shipping between 5-20 business days.

Damages and Loses

We do not accept responsibility for lost or damaged parcels. We take pride in the care given to all orders while packing. We double-check them all the ensure they are not left in a poor condition. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right to the best of our ability.
